NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE: BOOKED GUEST JOURNEY EMAILS
From the moment guests book a cruise to the time they set foot on board; they receive a series of emails to help them navigate and customize their ideal vacation. I created all the copy for booked guest emails that dynamically populate depending on the guest persona. To personalize our communication as much as possible, I wrote copy for thousands of variables that take into consideration the ship, destination, stateroom, loyalty status, pre-purchased packages and many more instances.
